This workshop is a full in-person meeting.
No other virtual attendance options are available.

If you have used Pheedloop before (e.g., 2026 abstract submission or attended CEW 2025), you will be prompted to log in. You can use the “one time login code” or “forgot my passcode”, both will help you regain access. Please use the same email address for registration that you used for submission of your abstract (if applicable) as this greatly helps tracking for our admin.

You can add short courses and banquet tickets to your registration, or you can purchase those separately (but again please use the same email address where possible). ​​​

Full workshop registration includes attendance at the workshop on Monday (full-day), Tuesday (full-day) and Wednesday (ends after lunch) and includes morning and afternoon refreshments as well as a lunch each day, Sunday evening reception and evening poster socials on Monday and Tuesday with light hors d’oeuvres provided.

One day registration includes refreshments and lunch on that respective day.

CEW Banquet
The Banquet is the highlight for many CEW attendees. Join us for an evening full of good food, great conversations, and entertainment on October 6th. Dinner will be served followed by entertainment. Bring your dancing shoes!
